Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Team Member 

This is a year-round, fully benefited position, working at all school   locations in SAU # 4.

Job Responsibilities/Expectations

*Grounds maintenance/repairs to include mowing, weed whacking, chainsaw work, chipping, brush cutting, athletic field maintenance, and snow removal (plow truck/sander)

*Experience operating and maintaining the grounds equipment including mowers, saws/chipper, tractor, plow truck/sander. Ability to repair equipment is desirable.

*Consistent daily attendance/punctuality a must to ensure success of the facilities team

*Extended hours will be required during the winter season for winter snow removal, sanding, and salting, and other related tasks

*Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications

Lead Custodian - High School

Newfound Regional High School has an opening for a full-time Lead Custodian, day shift. Responsibilities to include supervision of custodial staff and coordinate work assignments as directed by the facilities manager; monitoring special projects beyond regular maintenance; ensuring that appropriate security measures are maintained.  Must be willing to work with all chemicals necessary to perform job related tasks; operate outdoor power maintenance equipment. Administrative duties to include maintaining logs and reports as directed; maintain a safe work environment; maintain school security procedures.
