Facilities Director
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
Directs the District's facilities department
Oversee the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds
Create and review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bids, and contracts for the District's facility based capital improvements
Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and changes to the District's capital infrastructure
Monitor fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed
Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, integrity, and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate and establish good public relations with the community, administrative staff, student body, and school board
Demonstrate knowledge of construction codes, health and safety regulations, financial and management practices, purchasing, supervision and motivation of personnel, and state and local regulations regarding the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Special Education Teacher

PROJECT PROMISE Afterschool Program
Site Coordinator
Project Promise is seeking a motivated and organized Sites Coordinator to support our afterschool programs at multiple school sites.
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Location: Onsite at multiple school sites
Reports To: Director of Project Promise
Complete enrichment plans and required program paperwork.
Assist with opening and daily operations at assigned sites.
Maintain student attendance and academic progress records.
Update program communications, calendars, and Google Classrooms.
Support students in a positive, safe, and engaging environment.
Collaborate with families, school staff, and community partners.
Supervise and support program staff.
Attend required meetings and professional development training.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children and families.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Is reliable, positive, and student-focused.
Enjoys working with youth and helping them succeed.
Can manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Values teamwork and creating a welcoming environment.
